Here is the WASO Chorus, Melbourne Chorale and MSO performing Elgar’s Dream of Gerontius Live from Melbourne. Click here to download (warning – large file – 75mb).
Unfortunately I was too busy to go on this tour, as much as I wanted to. Oh well, there will be others.
Once again, if you enjoy this, you should come see the WASO/WASO Chorus live. Details of our next performance (Symphony of Psalms) are in the previous message. Tickets start from $20 for Students/Under 26 year olds for the main concert on Friday and Saturday the 15th/16th of June or just $15 general admission for the special concert on Tuesday the 19th of June.
Update:
Some more photographs, these were taken soon before the concert on Saturday 14th of April. Click to see the larger versions.

Hi Peter
I’m one of the WASO sops and I found this site through a link provided by Noel.
Thank you for recording the Melbourne Gerontius. It was a memorable performance and it’s wonderful that you’ve made it available.
Cheers
