Todays semi-finals have just been completed. They were won by Victoria University and Universitas Indonesia. Neither side agreed on who was to be claimant and respondent leading to a coin toss (as VU finished higher they had the call). VU lost the toss and Indonesia have elected to represent the respondents. So tonight’s grand final will be Victoria University v Universitas Indonesia
Unfortunatley, the 2007 International Maritime Law Arbitration Moot has come to an end for Murdoch University, knocked out in the semi finals. It was a fantastic effort on the part of the Murdoch team. They have faced and defeated some tough opponents just to get this far. Congratulations to the Murdoch team and best of luck to the two grand finalists.

Congratulations to Murdoch Uni for making it to the semis on your 2nd IMLAM, I was present when we face each other at the prelims of 2006 IMLAM at your campus, it was quite a good round.
